Mixing suggestions:
- Put the required dose in a cup and add a small amount of water at room temperature
- Allow to settle for 3-5 minutes before stirring

- Children 7 - 12 years: ½ teaspoon (2 g) twice daily
- Adults: 1 teaspoon (4 g) twice daily
